Treacle Parkin Pudding

All the original parkin flavour (oatmeal, ginger and black treacle) in a light sponge with a sticky treacle toffee sauce soaked in the bottom layers.

All our sticky puddings have a minimum 6 week fridge shelf life and are also suitable for home freezing up to 6 months. The perfect stand by dessert!

SPONGE(66%):

Plain Flour(WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), MILK, White Sugar, EGGS, Oatmeal(10%), Black Treacle(8.5%), Golden Syrup, BiCarbonate of Soda, Ginger Powder(1%).

SAUCE(34%):

Double Cream(MILK), Golden Syrup, Butter(MILK), White Sugar, Black Treacle(17%).
