Rich Toffee Pudding

Made with the same light date sponge as our Sticky Toffee but with a lighter butterscotch sauce. In addition, the sprinkling of pecan nuts on the top just finishes it off beautifully.

All our sticky puddings have a minimum 6 week fridge shelf life and are also suitable for home freezing up to 6 months. The perfect stand by dessert!

Base:
Water, Self Raising Flour (WHEAT), Dates (SULPHITES), Free Range Eggs (EGG), Sugar, Butter (MILK), Coffee With Chicory Essence, Bicarbonate Of Soda, Vanilla Extract.
Sauce:
Cream (MILK), Brown Sugar, Butter (MILK), Pecan Nuts (NUTS)
