A light orange sponge with a sticky and tangy marmalade sauce.
Made with fresh oranges but with the addition of delicious handmade blood orange marmalade for a great orange flavour.
All our sticky puddings have a minimum 6 week fridge shelf life and are also suitable for home freezing up to 6 months. The perfect stand by dessert!

I bought this at Bishop Auckland food festival, and it was a brilliant purchase on my part. The sponge is so light, it melts in the mouth. And the tangy marmalade is just delicious. Will definitely be buying again
