A light lemon sponge with a sticky and tangy lemon sauce. Made with real lemon juice and lemon zest and as a result, has a very moreish flavour.
All our sticky puddings have a minimum 6 week fridge shelf life and are also suitable for home freezing up to 6 months. The perfect stand by dessert!

Self Raising Flour(WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Raising Agents(Acid Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate)), Golden Syrup, Butter(MILK), EGGS, White Sugar, MILK, Lemon Zest(1%), Bicorbonate of Soda.
SAUCE(42%):
Double Cream(MILK), White Sugar, Butter(MILK), Lemon Juice(8%), Lemon Zest(1%).
For allergens see BOLD capitals. Made in a kitchen where nuts are used.
