Our puddings are all made by us for you, here at Burtree Puddings.

Owned and operated by Robert and Lea Darling alongside their dedicated family, daughter Sarah, their son Andrew and his wife, Nicola. Every product from Christmas pudding to sticky toffee pudding, flapjack to tea loaf is crafted with knowledge, love and care and this has been shown in their successes from local farmer’s markets to international sales orders.

With over 15 years of experience under their belt, it’s no surprise that Burtree Puddings are a popular choice for customers looking for a product that’s not only delicious but is also prepared with the affection and consideration that only comes from a truly homemade dessert. As a local company, it is of incredibly high importance that Burtree Puddings source as many of their ingredients from the area surrounding them. This includes free range eggs, rich English butter and organic double cream from their neighbouring dairy farm.
